Supported independent living · Western Sydney
A home thatfeels like yours.
Calm, well-kept homes in Penrith, Blacktown and Parramatta, with a steady team who help with the everyday, and step back when you don’t need them.
01Our approach
We keep Stillwell small on purpose. A handful of homes across Western Sydney, a steady team who know your name, and support that stays in the background until you want it.
- i.
Small homes
One to three bedrooms, on ordinary streets, close to shops and transport.
- ii.
Steady people
The same small team, week to week. Faces you know at the door.
- iii.
Your routine
Support shaped around your day, not around a roster.
02Homes
Homes with room to breathe.
Each home is small, quiet and close to the people and places you already know. Ask us what’s coming up. We’ll give you a straight answer.

03A week at home
Ordinary days, done well.
What support can look like across a week. Every plan is different. This is a sample, not a schedule.

Monday · 7:30 am
Mornings, your way.
Coffee first or shower first? We learn your rhythm and keep it. Some people like a hand with the first hour; others just like knowing someone’s nearby.
- Getting ready at your own pace
- Reminders you choose, if you want them
- The week’s plan, stuck on the fridge

Wednesday · 5:00 pm
Cook the food you actually like.
A shopping list, a new recipe, or Sunday batch-cooking for the week. We help with as much or as little as you want.
- The weekly shop, together
- A few go-to meals you can make yourself
- A kitchen set up to suit you

Saturday · 10:00 am
Out the door and into your week.
Footy on Saturday, the library on Tuesday, coffee with a mate. We help with getting there and getting home.
- Learning local bus and train routes
- Clubs, classes and volunteering
- Time with family and friends

Sunday · all day
And room to do nothing at all.
Home is where you switch off. A slow morning, a film, an early night. Your own space, and housemates who respect a closed door.
- A private bedroom that’s yours to style
- Quiet hours the house agrees on
- Someone nearby if you need them
A sample week for illustration. Real support is planned with each person.
04What support looks like
Help that fits around you.
Supported independent living and daily living support, explained simply. Here’s how it usually unfolds.
-

01
It starts with a cup of tea.
We meet wherever you’re comfortable and talk about what a good week looks like to you: what you enjoy, what’s hard, and who matters.
-
02
A plan in your own words.
Your routines, preferences and goals, written the way you’d say them. Change it whenever you like.
-

03
The same faces, week to week.
A small team that gets to know you, rostered around your life. You have a say in who supports you.
-

04
Help that knows when to step back.
We do things with you, not for you, and step back as your confidence grows.
Everyday support can include

05For families & coordinators
No chasing. No surprises.
Whether you’re a parent, a sibling or a support coordinator, you’ll always know who to call and what happens next.
- 01
A reply within one business day
From a person who knows the homes, not a shared inbox.
- 02
A plain-English home profile
Rooms, housemates, transport and the support on offer, before you visit.
- 03
A visit before any decision
Bring whoever you like. Stay for a cuppa. Take your time.
- 04
One contact, start to finish
The same person from the first call to move-in day.
- 05
Updates, shared the resident’s way
Families hear what the resident is happy to share, in the way they choose.
06In their words
The little things, noticed.
IllustrativeThese quotes were written for this demo. They are not real reviews, real residents or real outcomes.
They remember I like my toast cut into triangles. It’s a small thing, but it’s my thing.
“I get a clear update every fortnight, the way my son chose. I never have to chase anyone.”
“One contact, quick answers, no jargon. Referrals were refreshingly easy.”
07Questions
Plainly answered.
Can’t see your question? Call (02) 5550 0163. We’re happy to talk it through.
Is Stillwell a real provider?
No. Stillwell is a fictional concept created by KSPR Labs to show what a provider website can look like. The business, homes, floor plans, quotes and photography are all illustrative. It isn’t a registered NDIS provider, and it has no real services or vacancies.
What is supported independent living?
Supported independent living (SIL) is help with everyday tasks at home, usually in a shared home, so you can live as independently as you can. What’s funded depends on your NDIS plan and is worked out with you.
Can I visit a home before deciding?
With a real provider, you should always be able to. Bring family, a friend or your coordinator, meet potential housemates and take your time.
Do I have to use your other supports?
No. You choose your providers. A good provider makes it easy to mix and match, and easy to change your mind.
How do I give feedback or make a complaint?
A real provider should explain its feedback and complaints process in plain language, offer more than one way to get in touch and help you reach an advocate. You can also contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission directly. This fictional site can’t receive a real complaint.
NDIS Commission complaints information ↗ (opens in a new tab)How has this site been made easier to use?
Clear headings, labelled fields, visible keyboard focus, a skip link, reduced-motion support and the Accessibility button for text size, contrast and spacing. These help. They don’t certify compliance.
