·In their words
What good support feels like.
IllustrativeThese quotes were written for this demo. They are not real reviews.
For the first time, I actually understood what my plan was for.
They talked with my son, not over him. That mattered more than anything.
The referral took ten minutes, and I always knew who to call.
06Questions
Good questions. Straight answers.
Can’t see yours? Ask us anything. There are no silly questions about your plan.
What does a support coordinator actually do?
We help you understand your NDIS plan, find and set up the right supports, and keep everything working together. Think of us as the person in your corner who knows how the system works.
Is the first chat really free?
Yes. The first chat costs nothing and doesn’t commit you to anything. It’s a chance to see whether we’re the right fit for you.
How is support coordination paid for?
When support coordination is included in your NDIS plan, it’s paid from that part of your plan. We’ll look at your plan with you before anything starts, so there are no surprises.
Can I choose how we talk?
Of course. Phone, video, text, email, in person, or through someone you trust, tell us what works and we’ll stick to it.
Can I change coordinators if it’s not working?
Yes. It’s your plan and your choice. We’d rather you had the right fit, and we’ll help make any handover smooth.
What if I’m unhappy with something?
Please tell us. We want to know, and we’ll listen. You can also contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, which handles complaints about NDIS providers.
Is Northline a real provider?
No. Northline is a fictional concept created by KSPR Labs to show what a provider website could look like. The business, team, quotes, phone number and photography are all illustrative.
It is not a registered NDIS provider, it doesn’t offer real services, and nothing on this page is a real availability or outcome.
