How it works
No forms that feel like homework. Just a friendly chat, a plan that sounds like you, and a good day out.
Call, email or use the form. A family member, friend or support coordinator can reach out for you too.

We meet somewhere comfy and talk about what you love, what you’d like to try and what help works for you.

Team up with a support worker who gets it. Start small, swap things around, and change your mind any time.
Not sure yet? A chat is just a chat.

Tick what you’re into and pick a pace. We’ll sketch a sample week. Real weeks get planned with you, not by a website.

Tuesday clay is my favourite part of the week. My bowl is wonky. I love it anyway.
They asked what I wanted to do first. Then we actually went and did it.
As his sister, I like knowing the plan and who to call. It just feels easy.

FAQ
Straight answers, no jargon. If yours isn’t here, just ask.
No. Wattle Arc is a fictional concept created by KSPR Labs to show what a provider website could look like. The business, people, photos, activities, phone number and quotes are all made up.
It is not a registered NDIS provider and does not offer real services, bookings, availability or reviews.
Nope. Plenty of people start with “not sure”. Have a chat, try one thing, and if it’s not your thing, try another.
Of course. Bring whoever helps you feel comfortable, to the first chat or to any activity.
Tell us what matters, like shared interests, language or personality. A good provider works with you on a match that feels right, and changes it if it doesn’t.
Every plan is different. A real provider should explain how supports fit your plan and what things cost before anything starts. This demo can’t give plan advice.
A real provider should make feedback easy and explain how complaints are handled. You can also contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission about any NDIS provider.
Say hello
Tell us a little about what you’re into. On a real site, a friendly human would get back to you. No pressure, no big forms.
